Where our numbers come from

Every price and feature on this site is taken from each vendor's official pricing or feature page. We do not estimate, average, or guess. When a value is not published by the vendor, we mark it as "Custom" or leave it blank rather than invent a number.

We do not run hands-on tests of these tools. Our comparisons are built from the vendors' published data, not from our own product trials. We tell you the source for each tool so you can verify it yourself.

Pricing changes often. A scheduled job re-checks each vendor's official pricing page and updates our data automatically. To avoid publishing a bad read, an automated read only replaces a stored figure when it exactly matches what we already hold, or when no value exists yet. Any difference — large or small — is held for human confirmation rather than going live, because even a small change can be a mis-read of the wrong plan. Each comparison and tool page shows a "Last updated" date so you know how fresh the figures are.

MailFit is run by an automated system, not a manual editorial team. Each week it fetches every vendor's official pricing page and compares the result against the figures we already store.

When the system detects a change, that change is flagged for human review before it goes live — any difference, however small, is held rather than published automatically, so a bad read never reaches a page unchecked. We keep the source URL for every figure and show it on each tool and comparison page, so you can open the vendor's own page and verify any number yourself.
